GN was established in the year 1996 by the honorable Chairman, Mr. R. K. Nayyar. It was initially named as GN Constructions which later became GN BUILDEV PRIVATE LIMITED. Since 1996, GN Group has done much more than assemble a team of leading construction design and project management services professionals — we offer complete solution.
GN Buildev Pvt. Ltd. is proud of its 21 years of success in the field of construction. In the earlier years, the business activities of the company were limited to only Jaipur or some parts of Rajasthan were major residential and commercial projects were taken up and successfully completed.

We expanded our business in the late 90’s by taking up several construction projects in the neighboring states of Rajasthan. In the recent years GN undertook specific ventures in order to expand the areas of their expertise and it has become one of the most trusted and successful construction companies in North India.
There are various reasons to which the company’s exponential growth can be attributed. One of them is expansion in its management structure. We have made it a point that only highly qualified and experienced candidates are given a place in the company’s top-seed. Our work is never based on hit and trial method rather it is shouldered by responsible engineers and mechanics who know the entire in and out of construction processes, infrastructural equipment, etc.

The second big reason of our growth is substantial investments in construction equipment and infrastructural development.The company invested in construction equipment with latest technology and upgraded safety features. These latest construction equipment were used in the ongoing projects and the results were amazing. Not only the work was done before time but it matched with the demands of the customers, who always want technically upmarket residential or commercial properties.
These developments have helped in increasing the annual turnover of the company substantially. In 2010 GN doubled its turn over from the previous year and is currently handling projects over 200 Crores.
